About The Band

Tony Rooney: Tony is the reclusive creative genius behind this operation. He spent most of his adolescence (including his twenties) messing around in pathetically average bar bands, longing for someone to notice his amazing talent as an original singer-songwriter. (He did, however, learn at least half of the guitar leads from the first three Steely Dan albums note-for-note, so he wasn't a TOTAL loser.) Today he is a love-slave to the Muse, and She is keeping him very busy...

Kenn Cook (NOT the weather-man!!!): Kenn's past is still very murky. We know he can play guitar like nobody's business, but you'll have to wait for a future posting to find out more about this mysterious and talented individual...

Rusty Dimmett: Rusty is our musical "jack of all trades". He is fluent on guitar, bass and keyboards, and conversant on drums, flute and saxophone (he can say dirty words on many other instruments as well). He can also sing like a castratti, putting a fifth over just about any note a normal human can hit. His hobbies include transporting pet rocks, purchasing vast quantities of musical equipment, and pushing the limits of fashion-as-we-know-it with his amazing array of hand-made plaid shirts and loafers.

Sonia Perrine: Sonia has been playing bass for over 10 years, including a stint with the wildly popular all-girl hard rock band Boobytrap (the fact that they performed topless and jumped up and down a lot when they played had nothing to do with their success, I assure you). She is currently Interested in developing a career in the music industry, even if she has to start out by sorting M&Ms for more established artists. Her current main gig is with Aquavenus, a darkwave electronica/nu-jazz/instrumental club/alternative rock duo with her buddy/partner/roommate Vince .
